the pearl of lake como.

our first stop in our tour through italy was to bellagio. a quaint little town along the edge of lake como. we were only there for one night, but it was a peaceful and romantic way to begin our journey. we spent the days strolling through the cobble-stones alleyways with gelato in hand... always gelato in hand. when we got tired of walking up and down the streets, we'd take a break on a bench and look out at the magnificent views of the lake. i felt like everywhere i turned, there was another postcard-perfect picture. and when we got tired of that, well, we'd go eat some more gelato.
