one of the things i love about london is how the entire city gets into the christmas spirit. and early too! since they don't celebrate thanksgiving {and hardly halloween}, the decorations go up in early october. which is perfect since i start playing christmas music about that time! lights and decor dot the entire city and ice rinks go up in every park.
i've heard stories about how beautiful covent garden is during christmas, so harper and i went to check it out. and it certainly didn't disappoint! every inch of the market was covered with lights and decorations. the only way too describe it is magical. seriously magical. and right outside the market is a little piazza filled with delicious smells of pulled pork, potatoes, bread, and other yummy food baking at the christmas food stalls. i love london!

Magical is the perfect description of the scenes in your photos! Those decorations put US Christmas decor to shame! Also, Harper's hat is killing me. Soooo cute.
